Enterprise Observability Platform

Enterprise Observability,
Without Enterprise Prices

Deploy the complete Grafana observability stack in your own cloud. Metrics, logs, traces, and profiles — correlated, searchable, governed by you. Flat pricing. No surprises.

You're paying $50K/month
to rent your own data back.

Per-host billing. Per-sample billing. Per-seat billing. As your systems grow, so do your bills — and your data lives in someone else's cloud.

Unpredictable Bills

Pay-per-sample pricing means your monitoring bill grows with your traffic. A traffic spike shouldn't cost you $30K extra.

Your Data, Their Cloud

Regulated industries can't afford to send sensitive telemetry to a third-party SaaS. SOC2, HIPAA, PCI — compliance needs your data in your perimeter.

Proprietary Lock-in

Vendor agents, proprietary APIs, custom SDKs. The more you invest, the harder it is to leave. And they know it.

Your observability stack.
Your cloud. Your rules.

PulseWatch deploys the battle-tested Grafana observability stack — Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope — directly into your AWS or GCP account. We manage it. You own it.

Your Cloud

Deployed in your own AWS or GCP account. Your VPC, your networking, your security perimeter. We never touch your data.

Your Data

Compliance-ready from day one. All telemetry stays within your infrastructure boundary. SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, and data residency requirements — covered.

Flat Pricing

One monthly fee. No per-sample, per-host, or per-seat surprises. Send 10M metrics or 10B — your bill doesn't change.

Everything your team needs.
Nothing you don't.

The complete Grafana LGTM+ stack, production-hardened and managed.

Full-Stack Observability

Metrics, logs, traces, and profiles. All correlated. One query across all signals — no more switching between 4 different tools.

Mimir Loki Tempo Pyroscope

Zero-Code Auto-Instrumentation

OTel SDK injection for Node.js, Java, Python, and .NET. Traces, metrics, and logs start flowing immediately — without changing a single line of code.

Node.js Java Python .NET

APM & RED Metrics

Rate, Errors, Duration from 100% of transactions via span metrics. Tail-sampling keeps storage efficient without blind spots. Zero gaps in your dashboards.

Multi-Tenant Architecture

One stack, N teams. Full data isolation, per-tenant retention policies, per-tenant rate limits, and separate dashboards. Perfect for MSPs and enterprises with multiple business units.

Cross-Signal Correlation

Click a metric spike → see the logs. Click a trace → see the errors. Exemplars in charts link to specific traces. Everything connected, everything navigable.

100% Terraform / IaC

Every resource declarative. Reproducible, auditable, zero UI drift. Your runbook is your codebase. New environments in minutes, not weeks.

Terraform GitOps

From zero to observable
in days, not months.

01

Deploy

We provision the full observability stack in your AWS or GCP account via Terraform. Takes hours, not weeks.

02

Connect

Your apps send telemetry via standard OTLP. No proprietary agents. Works with anything that speaks OpenTelemetry.

03

Observe

Full visibility from day one. Dashboards, alerts, traces, and profiles — all pre-configured for your stack.

"We were paying $47K/month to our previous observability vendor. After migrating to PulseWatch, we pay a flat fee and get more visibility — all in our own AWS account. The data sovereignty aspect alone was worth it."

VP Engineering, Series B SaaS

"The zero-code instrumentation was what sold us. Our engineering team spent zero hours on observability setup. PulseWatch handled the entire deployment and our apps were sending traces in an afternoon."

"As an MSP, PulseWatch's multi-tenant model is a game changer. We resell observability to 8 clients from one stack. The white-label branding and per-tenant isolation makes it completely seamless."

Common questions

Self-hosting Grafana is only the beginning. The full production stack — Mimir for metrics at scale, Loki distributed, Tempo, Pyroscope, the OTel pipeline, node pools, autoscaling, alerting, backups, upgrades — takes months to get right. PulseWatch delivers a battle-tested, production-hardened stack from day one, and continues to manage upgrades and operations for you.

Your data never leaves your cloud account. PulseWatch deploys entirely within your VPC — we don't have a data plane that touches your telemetry. Our team has access to infrastructure configuration for operations, but your metrics, logs, and traces are stored in your S3/GCS buckets and accessible only from within your network boundary.

AWS and GCP are fully supported today. Azure is on our roadmap for H2 2026. Each cloud provider uses native services — EKS/GKE for Kubernetes, S3/GCS for object storage, native secret management, and cloud-native IAM. No lowest-common-denominator abstractions.

3-5 business days for the initial setup — including cluster provisioning, stack deployment, initial dashboard configuration, and onboarding your first application. After that, adding new services or environments is typically same-day via a Terraform variable change.

Yes. Since PulseWatch uses standard OTLP for ingestion, migrating from any OTLP-compatible vendor is straightforward — you update your endpoint and API key. If you're using a proprietary agent, we provide migration guides to replace it with the OpenTelemetry Collector. Your existing PromQL dashboards and alert rules migrate with zero changes.

The management fee covers: initial deployment, ongoing stack management and upgrades, onboarding of new projects and environments, infrastructure optimization, alerting configuration, and support. You pay separately for the underlying cloud infrastructure (EC2/GCE, storage, networking) — we pass those through at cost with no markup.
